WINTER STRONG SPIRIT - LOCAL RETREAT - streamed event

STRONG SPIRIT ENERGY MEDICINE PRACTICE, SHAMANIC DRUM JOURNEY AND SOUND HEALING, FRIDAY BONFIRE CEREMONY, SILENT MEDITATION AND NATURE WALKS.
Finally - the dates have been set for our weekend event - with Strong spirit energy medicine workshop in the morning, drum journey, nourishing juices and organic lunches, silent naturewalks and oceanswims, fire ceremony and just juicy fun hangout with other wonderful women.
We will be in the middle of Nesodden, sorrounded by forest, soft winterlandscape and just half an hour walks from the ocean.
Online particpants will be devided into sharinggroups online, so that you can connect together online when the group that are live in the retreat have their sharinggroups.
You are welcome to let me know if you need somewhere to stay over the weekend, and I will direct you to the local communtiy here, who have opened their homes to the ones who needs it.
Early bird until 31st of December - 2200,- after that 2500,-
For the participants of the Strong Spirit courses, FIL participants and Woman circles, you will have the 2200,- price available all times - small group with few spots, so let me know as soon as you can if you want to join us!

You will need to bring warm wool clothes and blankets, swimwear if you like, water bottles and allergyfriendly food and drinks.
We will offer smoothie shots after the morning practice, organic lunch for Saturday and Sunday and snacks & drinks.
Airbnb or local housing will be possible for the ones who do not live in Nesodden. Let me know if you need somewhere to stay.
Our breakfast and lunch is vegetarian and organic as far as possible. If you are on special diet, we recommend you to bring your own food, there will be kitchen available for light preparation.
