For over a year, I have had the joy to invite to a soft Sunday Space for pregnant women - it has become a oasis for softness, presence and flow - a true place for enjoyment.
This pregancy course will help you to travel softly and calmly into this new terrain of motherhood. It will be focus on you as the mother and the evolvement of the body, but we will also do exercises to enhance the connection to the baby in the belly.
We will do soft meditations, relaxing excercises and womb yoga for pregancy based on the work of Uma Dilsmore-Tuli.
I will also assist you, and your partner, in trusting your intuitive communication with your baby - even before birth.
You come 7 times - you begin when you are ready - and follow your process. I will also assist you as you move into the pregnancy, as to what is good for the different trimesters and your special body and conditions.
