Weekly recordings tuesdays 9.00-10.15 and replay available 24 hours after the recording.

--- Participant have to join at least 4 sessions live - as I create the program according to the ones who have signed up - and according to the progress in the group

Transformation and coaching
THis fall I will do more individual work connected to soulreadings and mission in life. Many has connected with me with the question - how to move forward in a world that is changing so much?
There might not be one straight answer to that - but these sessions, 3 in a bundle including also your reading audio/pdf, will hopefully give you some new and intersting perspectives, navigation tools and creative initatives to bring with you into the coming fall. These sessions are 2 hours, and we will create the ceremony according to your special situation and need.

With the powerful combo of herb wisdom, together with shamanic drums and healings songs for invocation and healing, we create a powerful and creative space together with the participants. Some groups have a vision or a specific intention, and we create our sessions to match their needs.
These sessions are min 2 hours, and can be made as a one time session, or as a series of sessions over a time period.

Alchemilla & Rowan mentorship 22/23
This years mentorship is a deepening of the work I started last year with RITES OF PASSAGE mentorship. This year I have changed it to include not only women, but everybody - as many are asking for a space to learn more about feminine shamanism and rites of passage connected to the times we are in now.
The other wonderful change is that I have a new member in the team, last years RITES student and herbal folk medicine practitioner Erica Elfving from Finland. Her love and passion for herbs and all plant beings have inspired me much these last years, and I want to bring this into our work. So what will this new mentorship be all about?
The answer to that is hard to say, as all of my groups are creating unique learning spaces, and the content will always follow the energy in the group. But what I do know, is that we will go into what I mean when I say feminine shamanism, we will look at the power of birth, transformation and death seen from a feminine perspective - for all, not only women. We will work with ceremonies connected to these initiations, and we will look at different apsects that will help us connect, but also aspects of life that prevents us from tapping into the power of our inner nature and connection to outer nature.
